There are some very strong processes and some not so strong. Like the old glass making process in Pyrex glassware and the newer one that isn’t as strong and the cookware breaks in the oven.

The cooper chef pots are not supposed to scratch, peel or stick to food. I got 3 pieces and in less than a year they are all of the above.
I do not understand why this has happened. I like the square shape of the pots but I am not happy with the results that I have gotten. I want to know what the warranty is on the pots .

The warranty is not good. I have several pieces and have been satisfied so I bought a 10 piece set and a wonder cooker and extra pieces. She was cooking with the large skillet and using the spatula that came with the cookware, the spatula began to melt and ruined the skillet. In talking back and forth with Copper Chef through emails (15) they finally said they would replace it BUT I would have to pay to send it to them (I sent them a picture of the skillet and the spatula and it was obvious it wasn’t usable.) they also said I would have to enclose a $5.00 check to help pay their shipping to send me the new one. Why should I have to pay to ship them a piece of garbage when with the weight and the size box I will have to use to accommodate the handle will be who knows how much.
I just went to look and I can get one, with a lid, from Groupon for $17.99. With getting the replacement straight from the company you and I both know that it doesn’t cost them any where near $17.00. It’s just another case of corporate America sticking it to the little guy. I plan to post this review every place I can find just to let people know that copper chef’s 100% satisfaction isn’t worth a dollar. Notice I didn’t use capital Cs in there name. They don’t deserve it. I even told them I had planned to buy more for my daughter and planned to get my other daughter a set as well. I’m sure that they would have been adding to there sets as well so they would not only would be losing one customer but they would be losing three. Don’t guess they care.
